Information on biocides
Εδώ μπορείτε να βρείτε πληροφορίες σχετικά με τα βιοκτόνα που έχουν εγκριθεί στην αγορά της ΕΕ/του ΕΟΧ, σύμφωνα με την οδηγία για τα βιοκτόνα (οδηγία 98/8/ΕΚ) ή τον κανονισμό για τα βιοκτόνα (κανονισμός (ΕΕ) αριθ. 528/2012).
Όλα τα βιοκτόνα που περιέχουν εγκεκριμένες δραστικές ουσίες αξιολογούνται ως προς την ασφάλεια και την αποτελεσματικότητα προτού επιτραπεί η πώλησή τους στην ΕΕ. Ωστόσο, τα προϊόντα που κυκλοφορούσαν στην αγορά πριν από το 2000 μπορούν να εξακολουθούν να πωλούνται ενώ οι αρχές αξιολογούν τις δραστικές ουσίες που περιέχουν.
Πώς μπορείτε να πραγματοποιήσετε μια αναζήτηση
Μπορείτε να αναζητήσετε βιοκτόνα προϊόντα με βάση:
την εμπορική ονομασία προϊόντος·
τον τύπο προϊόντος·
τη δραστική ουσία του προϊόντος (περιλαμβάνεται η δυνατότητα αναζήτησης βάσει δραστικών ουσιών που είναι γνωστό πως είναι υποψήφιες για υποκατάσταση)·
δεδομένα αδειοδότησης, (για παράδειγμα, τον κάτοχο άδειας ή τον αριθμό αδείας του βιοκτόνου)·
στοιχεία του προϊόντος, για παράδειγμα πληροφορίες σχετικά με τη χρήση, όπως ο οργανισμός-στόχος και η μέθοδος εφαρμογής ενός προϊόντος, ή οι δηλώσεις κινδύνου και προφυλάξεων).
Τύποι αδειοδότησης προϊόντων
Διατίθενται πληροφορίες από τρεις τύπους αδειοδότησης:
Απλουστευμένη διαδικασία αδειοδότησης Τα εν λόγω βιοκτόνα διαθέτουν θετικότερα χαρακτηριστικά από πλευράς περιβάλλοντος ή υγείας του ανθρώπου ή των ζώων και, ως εκ τούτου, ακολουθούν απλούστερη διαδικασία. Η άδεια δημοσιεύεται μαζί με τις σχετικές κοινοποιήσεις για τη διάθεση βιοκτόνου στην αγορά.
Άδειες της Ένωσης: Τα εν λόγω βιοκτόνα προϊόντα επιτρέπεται να διατίθενται στο σύνολο της αγοράς της ΕΕ/του ΕΟΧ και της Ελβετίας.
Εθνικές άδειες: Στα εν λόγω βιοκτόνα προϊόντα έχει χορηγηθεί άδεια διάθεσης σε συγκεκριμένες χώρες της ΕΕ. Η έγκριση δημοσιεύεται συνοδευόμενη από τις σχετικές αμοιβαίες αναγνωρίσεις στα άλλα κράτη μέλη στην αγορά των οποίων το βιοκτόνο έχει λάβει άδεια κυκλοφορίας.
Πώς παρουσιάζονται οι πληροφορίες
Τα βιοκτόνα προϊόντα παρουσιάζονται ως ομάδες αδειών, ομάδες προϊόντων (clusters) , όπου οι αμοιβαίες αναγνωρίσεις (επεκτάσεις εθνικής άδειας προϊόντος σε άλλες αγορές) παρουσιάζονται με τις άδειες αναφοράς τους. Κατ' αυτόν τον τρόπο μπορείτε να παρακολουθείτε όλες τις αγορές στις οποίες διατίθεται ένα συγκεκριμένο προϊόν, καθώς και όλες τις εμπορικές ονομασίες υπό τις οποίες διατίθεται ένα προϊόν στην αγορά. Τα προϊόντα για τα οποία έχει χορηγηθεί άδεια μέσω της διαδικασίας χορήγησης άδειας για ίδιο βιοκτόνο έχουν τις δικές τους ομάδες.
Η αρχή της ομαδοποίησης προϊόντων εφαρμόζεται επίσης στις αναζητήσεις. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι ο πίνακας αποτελεσμάτων εμφανίζει ομάδες προϊόντων οι οποίες περιέχουν τουλάχιστον μία άδεια που ανταποκρίνεται στα κριτήρια αναζήτησης. Επομένως, αν αναζητήσετε, για παράδειγμα, το καθεστώς άδειας «αδειοδοτημένο», θα ανακτήσετε όλες τις ομάδες προϊόντων στις οποίες τουλάχιστον μία άδεια έχει το συγκεκριμένο καθεστώς.
Ο πίνακας αποτελεσμάτων παρουσιάζει πληροφορίες σε επίπεδο ομάδας προϊόντων, ενώ περισσότερες πληροφορίες σχετικά με τις άδεις προϊόντων διατίθενται στο ενημερωτικό δελτίο προϊόντων. Κάθε προϊόν διαθέτει ειδικό ενημερωτικό δελτίο που περιέχει πληροφορίες σχετικά με τις ισχύουσες εμπορικές ονομασίες, τα έγγραφα και τους κατόχους άδειας για κάθε επιμέρους άδεια, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ιστορικού αξιολόγησης του προϊόντος. Το ενημερωτικό δελτίο είναι προσβάσιμο μέσω του εικονιδίου με τη μορφή ματιού στον πίνακα αποτελεσμάτων.
Σύγκριση βιοκτόνων
Μπορείτε να συγκρίνετε έως και τέσσερα προϊόντα για να δείτε τις ιδιότητές τους, όπως τις δραστικές ουσίες του προϊόντος, τις συγκεντρώσεις τους, τις πληροφορίες χρήσης του προϊόντος και τις δηλώσεις κινδύνου και προφυλάξεων.
Οι περισσότερες πληροφορίες που υπάρχουν στο εργαλείο σύγκρισης προέρχονται από την περίληψη των χαρακτηριστικών του προϊόντος (ΠΧΠ). Η ΠΧΠ βιοκτόνου είναι διαθέσιμη μόνο για τα προϊόντα στα οποία είχε χορηγηθεί άδεια από το 2016. Για τα προϊόντα με ΠΧΠ η οποία υποβλήθηκε πριν από την 1η Ιανουαρίου 2016 θα περιλαμβάνονται περιορισμένες μόνο πληροφορίες στο εργαλείο σύγκρισης: εμπορικές ονομασίες, αγορά, δραστική ουσία (χωρίς συγκέντρωση) και τύπος προϊόντος.
Εξαγωγή αποτελεσμάτων
Μπορείτε να εξάγετε τα αποτελέσματα των βιοκτόνων προϊόντων στους τυποποιημένους μορφότυπους του δικτυακού τόπου του ECHA (XLS, CSV και XML). Τα εξαγόμενα αποτελέσματα είναι ταξινομημένα ανά άδεια προϊόντος, π.χ. κάθε άδεια θα παρουσιάζεται σε ξεχωριστή γραμμή.
Η στήλη «target organism» (οργανισμός - στόχος) στο εξαγόμενο αρχείο αποτελεί συνδυασμό τριών πεδίων: κοινή ονομασία, επιστημονική ονομασία και στάδιο ανάπτυξης, όπως για παράδειγμα: αρουραίος (Rattus norvegicus) Ενήλικες.
Σημείωση: Λόγω τεχνικών περιορισμών εμφανίζεται επί του παρόντος περιορισμένος μόνο αριθμός ακυρωμένων και ληγμένων αδειών. Οι άδειες αυτές θα δημοσιεύονται σταδιακά.
Κατάλογος με δυνατότητα τηλεφόρτωσης (απόσπασμα από το Μητρώο R4BP2)
Το παρακάτω αρχείο με δυνατότητα τηλεφόρτωσης περιέχει τις άδειες προϊόντων σύμφωνα με την οδηγία 98/8/ΕΚ (οδηγία για τα βιοκτόνα) και τον κανονισμό (ΕΕ) αριθ. 528/2012 (κανονισμός για τα βιοκτόνα), οι οποίες εξήχθησαν από το σύστημα ΤΠ R4BP2 την1η Σεπτεμβρίου 2013.
Σημείωση: ο κατάλογος με δυνατότητα τηλεφόρτωσης που παρατίθεται στη συνέχεια βασίζεται στα δεδομένα που ήταν διαθέσιμα στο σύστημα R4BP2 την 1η Σεπτεμβρίου 2013. Τα δεδομένα αυτά ενδέχεται να μην είναι πλήρως ολοκληρωμένα ούτε πλήρως επικαιροποιημένα.
