This list contains substances designated as preservatives which cosmetic products marketed in the European Union may contain. The list contains maximum concentration limits and other restrictions. It also contains special labelling requirements, which outline conditions of use and warnings.
All cosmetic products except products for children under 3 years of age, oral products and eye and lip products
