Description of key information

Henry's Law constant for 1-bromohexadecane has been predicted using the bond contribution method (HENRYWIN v. 3.20) to be 0.595 atm m³/mole at 25ºC.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Henry's law constant (H) (in Pa m³/mol):
0.595
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

The Henry's Law constant was predicted according to the bond method, using the HENRYWIN v. 3.20 (March, 2011) model in EPISuite. It is not possible to assess the accuracy of the information so the result has been assigned a reliability score of 4 using the principles for assessing data quality as set out in Klimisch (1997).
