2-ethylaniline is not dangerous for aquatic organism. No data are available regarding sediment and terrestrial toxicity. 

Aquatic toxicity:

The only available information regarding aquatic toxicity of 2-ethylaniline are reported in ECOTOX EPA. All data reported in ECOTOX EPA for 2-ethylaniline refer to Maas-Diepeveen et all, Aquatic Toxicity of Aromatic Nitro Compounds and Anilines to Several Freshwater Species, Report No.86-42, Laboratory for Ecotoxicology, Institute for Inland Water Management and Waste Water Treatment:10 p, 1986:

Short-term aquatic toxicity:

Daphnia Magna: LC50 48h = 8.050 mg/l

Algae (Chlorella pyrenoidosa): EC50 96h = 38 mg/l

Long-term aquatic toxicity:

Fish (Poecilia reticulata): LC50 14days = 74.7 mg/l 

Daphnia magna: LC50 21 days = 7 mg/l

Based on above data from ECOTOX EPA and according to the CLP Regulation (EC n. 1272/2008) 2-ethylaniline can not be classified as hazardous for the aquatic environment neither for acute toxicity (short-term aquatic toxicity data all above 1 mg/l) nor for long-term toxicity (long-term aquatic toxicity data all above 1 mg/l).
