Description of key information

No effects on shoot height, shoot fresh weight and emerged seedlings have been observed in a study with terrestrial plants. No effects have been observed at the highest test concentration.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

A seedling emergence and seedling growth test has been conducted according OECD 208 and GLP (Noack Laboratorien GmbH 2016). Six plant species of different families were tested - Monocotyledonae: Avena sativa (oats), Allium cepa (onion) - Dicotyledonae: Beta vulgaris (sugar beet), Brassica napus (rape), Lactuca sativa (lettuce), Glycine max (soybean).

After 21 d respectively 28 d no effects on shoot height, shoot fresh weight and number of emerged seedlings up to the highest test concentration could be observed. Therefore, the NOEC and LOEC were determined to be >= 1000 mg/kg dw respectively > 1000 mg/kg dw for all endpoints and species.
