Justification for classification or non-classification

According to the CLP Regulation (EC 1272/2008), skin sensitiser is a substance that will lead to an allergic response following skin contact.

Based on a valid and reliable QSAR prediction, confirmed by experimental data, the substance was considered as skin sensitising and classified in category 1 (H317).
