Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

390 mg/L

Additional information

There is one study on algal toxicity available for DMAMP, which was used as key study for the assessment. The study was conducted according to OECD Guideline 201 and GLP (Soucy, 2011). The test organism Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata was exposed to DMAMP in a static system for 72 hours, at measured test concentrations of 55, 110, 230, 450, 950 mg a.i./L. As a result, an EC50 value of 390 mg/L was obtained based on growth rate. Since statistical analysis determined a significant reduction in growth rate at all treatment levels tested compared to the control data, a NOEC could not be determined.
