Description of key information

Reliable acute toxicity data for fish were found for the freshwater and marine environment. The 4d-LC50 of 79.7 mg B/L for the fathead minnow P. promelas was selected as the reference short-term toxicity value for freshwater fish. The short-term toxicity value that was selected for marine fish species was for the dab Limanda limanda, and was a 4d-LC50 of 74.0 mg B/L.
