Additional information

Diglycerol is considered to be readily biodegradable based on a study with polyglycerol.

As the substance is readily biodegradable and it has no hydrolysable groups, hydrolysis is not required to be tested, however a study with Polyglycerol is available showing a half life time of > 1 year at pH 4, 7 and 9.

In addition, the logKoc of diglycerol is quite low (-2.5) and therefore it does have a low bioaccumulation potential and also a low adsorption potential. No studies have thus been performed.
