Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The mean measured surface tension for a 90% saturated solution of Pivarose in double-distilled water was 65.5 mN/m at 20°C, with the application of the correction factor the surface tension was 66.2 mN/m and 65.4 mN/m with the application of the Harkins-Jordan correction.
