Description of key information

A substance is considered explosive when it can react to produce very rapid increases in temperature or pressure. The substance does not contain chemical groups which are associated with explosive properties. The substance is an inorganic compound. According to this, the oxygen balance could not be determined.

Based on the data available, silicic acid, barium salt, lead-doped does not need to be classified for explosive properties according to Directive 67/548/EC or the CLP Regulation.
