Qualifier:
according to guideline
Guideline:
EU Method A.2 (Boiling Temperature)

Key result
Atm. press.:
ca. 1 013.3 hPa
Decomposition:
yes
Decomp. temp.:
>= 120 °C

Two DSC measurements with a heating rate of 10 K/min showed an endothermal effect in the temperature range of 90 to 120 °C. The second measurement was terminated at 150 °C to ensure that the endothermal effect is the melting effect. After the melting range, decomposition of the sample was observed. No endothermal effects were observed after the melting up to the final temperature of 500 °C. The test item has no boiling point under atmospheric conditions.

Conclusions:
The test item had no boiling point under atmospheric conditions as it decomposed after melting.
Executive summary:

The boiling point / boiling range of the test item was investigated by DSC measurement according to OECD 103. The test item had no boiling point under atmospheric conditions as it decomposed after melting.
