Results


The vapour pressure was measured in the temperature range of 100.8 to 158.8 °C. The measured vapour pressure values together with the measured temperatures are listed Table 1.

Final results


The vapour pressure of the test item was calculated by extrapolation of the measured vapour pressure curve for the temperatures 20, 25 and 50 °C, according to Regulation EC 440/2008 Method A.4. Vapour Pressure.

An experimental study was conducted to determine the vapour pressure of the test item according to Regulation EC No. 440/2008 Method A.4. and OECD Test Guideline 104 (2006) using the dynamic method. The vapour pressure was measured in the temperature range of 100.8 to 158.8 °C. For the control, three measuring points were evaluated with decreasing temperature. The vapour pressure of the test item was calculated by extrapolation of the measured vapour pressure curve for the temperatures 20, 25 and 50 °C to be 0.52, 0.67 and 2.10 hPa, respectively.
