Any other information on results incl. tables

The melting temperature range was determined as the lowest and highest temperature obtained from Experiment 1 (-28.97°C), first heating of Experiment 2 (-30.62°C), Experiment 3 (-31.72°C) and Experiment 4 (-31.26°C). During the various measurements the observed glass transition (melting temperature) varied. This was most likely because the test substance is a mixture (UVCB).

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The melting range (glass transition) of Guaiacwood oil was determined to be -32 – -29°C (241 – 244K) by using DSC-curve.
Executive summary:

The melting range (glass transition) of Guaiacwood oil was investigated according to OECD guideline 102 under GLP, and was found to be -32 – -29°C (241 – 244K).
