First-aid measures

If inhaled - If difficulties occur after vapour/aerosol has been inhaled, remove to fresh air and seek medical attention.

On skin contact - Remove contaminated clothing. Wash affected areas thoroughly with soap and water. If irritation develops, seek medical attention.

On contact with eyes - Wash affected eyes for at least 15 minutes under running water with eyelids held open. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.

On ingestion - Rinse mouth immediately and then drink plenty of water, seek medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media - water spray, foam, dry powder

Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture - carbon oxides, nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides

Advice for fire-fighters - Special protective equipment.Wear a self-contained breathing apparatus.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures - Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and clothing. Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Use personal protective clothing. Do not walk in the spilled product.

Environmental precautions - Do not discharge into drains/surface waters/groundwater.

Methods and material for containment and cleaning up - Pick up with suitable absorbent material. Scoop into marked containers for disposal as chemical waste. Flush residues away with water.

Handling and storage

Precautions for safe handling - Avoid all direct contact with the substance/product. Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene

and safety practice.

Protection against fire and explosion - No special precautions necessary.

Further information on storage conditions - Keep container tightly closed and dry; store in a cool place. Avoid extremes of temperature, especially frost and freezing conditions.
