Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove patient to fresh air. Seek medical attention.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse with water for at least 10 minutes. If irritation
persists seek medical attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash with soap and water.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Foam or dry powder may be used. Spray adjacent drums with
water to keep cool.
Product arising from burning: Products of combustion may contain oxides of carbon and
nitrogen together with hydrocarbons and soot.

Protective equipment: Full protective clothing and a self-contained breathing
apparatus should be worn.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Wear suitable protective equipment (see 2.3.1).
Contain and collect spill. Transfer to labelled containers
and dispose of by incineration or at a landfill site in
accordance with local regulations.
Handling and storage
Handling: Observe the usual precautions for handling organic
chemicals. Ensure adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with
skin and eyes.
Handle the substance in a well ventilated booth. Wear
protective clothing, dust mask, safety spectacles, PVC
gauntlets and safety shoes.
Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area away from foodstuffs.

incineration using high temperatures. Waste gas treatment to
