First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Provide fresh air.

Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical

advice.

Emergency measure - Skin: Wash with soap and water.

Emergency measure - Ingestion: Drink one or two glasses of water. Call a doctor or poison,

control center.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Water, foam, dry chemicals

Product arising from burning: No test have been conducted to determine the nature of the

combustion or hydrolysis products. However, combustion

productsare expected to include carbon monoxide, carbon

dioxide, oxides of nitrogen and hydrogen fluoride.

breathing apparatus should be worn.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Take precautions to prevent skin and eye contact. Cover the

spill with absorbent material, place in an approved metal

container and seal. Dispose by incineration in an

installtion designed to handle halogenated compounds.

Handling and storage

Handling: Good normal industrial hygiene practices should be followed

when handling the substance. Precaution should be taken to

avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact with the liquid.

Do not smoke or eat while hanlding the substance.

Storage: No special storage conditions are required.

Packaging of the substance and or preparation: The preparations (solutions) containing the new substance

are packaged in steel drums from 20 to 200 liters.
