Protective equipment: - Wear full protective clothing and NIOSH/MSHA-approved,
positive pressure, self-contained breathing apparatus.

Accidental release measures
Take proper precautions to minimize exposure by using
appropriate personal protective equipment. Full face mask
with self-contained breathing apparatus, acid resistant
gloves and disposable tyveck suits must be worn. For
small spills of solids, do not attempt to sweep up dry
materials use water or an appropriate solvent to dilute
and clean up. Soak up material with paper towels and wash
spill area thouroughly with soap and water. For larger
spills, wet down spilled material with water or an
appropriate solvent to minimize dust generation. Scoop
into suitable containers appropriate for either recovery
or disposal to avoid exposure and to comply with
applicable waste disposal regulations. Alternatively,
use an industrial vacuum cleaner equipped with a high
efficiency particulate filter. Remove filter and dispose
of it in a manner to avoid exposure and to comply with
applicable waste disposal regulations.
Handling and storage
process equipment with effective local exhaust ventilation
with appropriate filtering units to remove all
particulates. During transfer of substance to enclosed
process equipment full face shields with air purifying
respiratory equipment must be worn, along with rubber
gloves and disposable suits to minimize potential for eye,
skin and respiratory exposure.
Storage: - Store upright in sealed and secure polylined fiberboard
containers that meet the international shipping
standards and regulations. Store in a well ventilated
warehouse or equivalent that meets current fire protection
standards, at room temperature.
Dust residue on outside of containers should be avoided.
If necessary the container may be swabbed with a damp
cloth to remove any traces of dust before storage.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: - 50 kg substance is packed in plasticsack and in 100 l
fiber drums.
