The partition coefficient was calculated using 2 different programs and the results are given as follows:
- The calculation using CLOGP (v1.0) program yielded a value of log Pow= 16
- The calculation using KOWWIN (v1.68) module of software EPI Suite yielded a value of logPow= 12.9
It can be concluded that the partition coefficient of test substance was calculated to be logPow= ≥12.9 at 25°C
