Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Verschüttetes Material unter Vermeidung von Staubentwicklung

aufnehmen (z.B. mit baumustergeprüftem Industriestaubsauger)

und in geeigneten Gebinden zur Entsorgung sammeln. Gebinde

gemäß TRGS 201 kennzeichnen und unter Berücksichtigung und

in Übereinstimmung mit den nationalen und lokalen

Vorschriften entsorgen. Beim Aufnehmen des Stoffes Haut- und

Augenkontakt sowie Einatmen vermeiden. Zu diesem Zweck die

unter "Handhabung" beschriebene persönliche Schutzausrüstung

tragen.

Handling and storage

Handling: Alle Arbeitsverfahren sind grundsätzlich so zu gestalten,

dass die Belastung durch Einatmen des Stoffes und durch

Hautkontakt so gering wie möglich sowie der Augenkontakt

ausgeschlossen ist. Bei Umfüll- und Dosierarbeiten sowie

bei Probenahmen sollten geschlossene bzw. zumindest

staubdichte Vorrichtungen verwendet werden. Beim Umgang in

offenen Systemen sollte möglicher Staub unmittelbar am

Entstehungsort abgesaugt werden. Wenn technische

Absaug- oder Lüftungsmaßnahmen nicht möglich oder

unzureichend sind, sollte Atemschutz (z.B.:::) getragen

werden. Zur Vermeidung von Hautkontakt sollten geprüfte

Schutzhandschuhe (z.B.:::) und geeignete

Schutzkleidung (z.B.:::) getragen werden. Ein sicherer

Augenschutz (z.B. Korbbrille) ist unbedingt erforderlich.

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches sollten

Augenbrausen bereitgestellt und ihr Standort auffällig

gekennzeichnet werden. Die Straßenkleidung sollte getrennt

von der Arbeitskleidung aufbewahrt werden. Bei möglicher

Staubentwicklung sollten wegen der potentiellen

Staubexplosionsgefahr potentielle Zündquellen aus dem

Arbeitsbereich entfernt werden. Des weiteren sollten

Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische Aufladungen getroffen

werden.

Working procedures must be designed so that exposure by

inhalation and dermal contact is minimized and contact with

the eyes is excluded.

Closed or at least dustproof equipment should be used during

filling, metered feeding, and sampling.

In the case of handling the substance in open systems, if

necessary, any dust which forms should be extracted directly

at the point of origin.

Respirators should be worn in cases where technical

extraction or ventilation measures are either not possible

or not adequate.

Tested protective gloves and, if  necessary, suitable

protective clothing should be worn to avoid contact with the

skin.

A safe eye protector is absolutely essential.

Conspicuously marked eye-douche stations should be provided

in the immediate vicinity of the working area.

Keep outdoor clothes separate from working clothes.

Due to the potential dust-explosion risk, in cases where

dust may form, potential ignition sources should be removed

from the working area.

In addition, measures should be taken against static

discharges.

Storage: In vorschriftsmäßig gekennzeichneten, bruchsicheren

Behältern trocken bei Raumtemperatur lagern. Gebinde

geschlossen halten, gegen Herabfallen sichern und vor

Feuchtigkeit und Hitze schützen. Produktreste an/auf den

Gebinden vermeiden.

wird gefordert.

Der Farbstoff soll nur in gut eingerichteten Färbereien

verwendet werden. Wenn notwendig kann das Abwasser durch

Membranfiltration, Ausflockung mit kationischen Reagenzien

oder durch Ozonbehandlung gereinigt werden. Die wirksamste

Reinigung ist die Membranfiltration, mit welche mehr als

99 % das verbleibenden Farbstoffs vom Abwasser isoliert

wird.

watertreatment plant.It is estimated that approximately 25%

of the total quantityused is discharged into internal

industrial effluents ashighly diluted solution. A

purification of the waste waterin a waste water treatment

plant is strongly recommended.The dyestuff should be used

only in a well equiped dyehouse. If necessary, the waste

water can be purified priorto the waste water treatment by

membrane filtration or byfloculation with cationic agents or

by treatment with ozone. The most effective method is a

membrane filtration: morethan 99% of the remaining dyestuff

can be removed from thewaste water.
