Description of key information

The acid-base constant for Bisphenol A, a structural analog of 2-Acetone polymer with phenol (BPA-Tars) was derived from the published literature.  

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The acid-base constant for Bisphenol A was found to range from approximately 9.6 to 11.3. This range is believed to be representative of the acid-base constant for BPA-Tars.
