Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Analytical measurement of the test item concentrations was not performed during this study as the limit of solubility of Intermediate 36 is below the lowest level of quantification. All values are based on the nominal concentrations.

Additional information

The purpose of this study according to EU Method C.2 (Acute Toxicity for Daphnia) was to evaluate the influence of the test item Intermediate 36 on the mobility respectively survival of Daphnia magna. Young Daphnia were exposed in a static test to the test item for 48 hours. As the limit of solubility of Intermediate 36 is below the lowest level of quantification, analytical measurements of the test item concentrations were not performed during this study. A water accommodated fraction (WAF) of 100 mg/L of Intermediate 36 was prepared instead. In this 48-hour static acute toxicity test with Daphnia magna the 48 h LC50 value was > 100 mg/L, the 48 h NOEC was determined to be 100 mg/L. The results are based on the nominal concentrations.
