Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Based on the components of the multi-constituent substance adsorption on the solid soil phase is possible.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Since Tinuvin 292 is a multi-constituent substance consisting of two components a single Koc value cannot be defined. Therefore, the adsorption potential was estimated separately for the two components by EPIWIN calculations. For the first substance (CAS 41556-26-7) a Koc value of 204400 (corresponding log Koc = 5.31) was determined. For the second substance (CAS 82919-37-7) a Koc value of 4726 (corresponding log Koc 3.67) was calculated [BASF SE 2010].
