The Skin Irritation potential of CASRN 1101874-33-2 was evaluated in New Zealand White SPF rabbits (1 male, 2 females) in a GLP-compliant Primary Skin Irritation study performed according to OECD Guideline 404 (2002). Based on the results of this study and the EC Directive 2001/59/EC classification criteria, the material is not a skin irritant.

The Eye Irritation potential of CASRN 1101874-33-2 was evaluated in vitro in bovine corneas (3/dose group) in a GLP-compliant Bovine Corneal Opacity and Permeability Assay (BCOP) performed according to the OECD Draft Guideline for the BCOP (2008). Based on the results of this study and the INVITTOX (UK) protocol number 98 classification criteria, the material is not an ocular irritant.
