A study was conducted to determine the partition coefficient by Reverse Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatographic method according to OECD Guideline 117 and in compliance with GLP.
A chromatogram of the test item confirmed that its main isomers correspond to three peaks and the log Pow values were calculated to be 4.6, 4.7 and 4.8.
Under the test conditions, the partition coefficient, log Kow, of the substance was determined to be 4.6-4.8 at 25 °C.
