Additional information

Phototransformation in air:

Standard tests for atmospheric oxidation half-lives are intended for single substances and are not appropriate for this complex substance. However, this endpoint is characterised using quantitative structure property relationships for representative hydrocarbon structures that comprise the hydrocarbon blocks used to assess the environmental risk of this substance with the PETRORISK model (see library tab in PETRORISK spreadsheet attached to Section 13).

Phototransformation in water

Phototransformation in water is not expected to be a significant removal process for Hydrocarbons, C18-C24, isoalkanes, <2% aromatics.

Phototransformation in soil

Phototransformation in soil is not expected to be a significant removal process for Hydrocarbons, C18-C24, isoalkanes, <2% aromatics.
