First-aid measures

Eye contact
Rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes or until the chemical has been removed. Obtain medical attention immediately.
Skin contact
Remove contaminated clothing and shoes without delay. Wash immediately with plenty of water.
Do not reuse contaminated clothing without laundering. Get medical attention if pain or irritation persists after washing or if signs and symptoms of overexposure appear.

Inhalation
Remove to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Obtain medical advice if there are persistent symptoms.

Ingestion
If swallowed, call a physician immediately, Only induce vomiting at the instruction of a physician. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Other Aid Measures
Contact physician and get proper medical treatment if you feel unwell.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable Extinguishing media
Use water spray, carbon dioxide or dry chemical to extinguish fires.

Unusual hazardous may produced by fire or explosion May produce hazardous fumes of hazardous decomposition products.
Special fire fighting procedures and protection
When fire fighting, wear full protective equipment including self-contained breathing apparatus.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions
Wear approved respirator, protective clothing and equipment suitable for level of exposure.
Environmental precautions
Avoid release to the environment.
Avoid release to waterway, drain, basement, closed place.

Methods for Cleaning up
Cover spills with some insert absorbent material : sweep up and place in a waste disposal container. Remove sources of ignition.

Handling and storage

Handling
Keep away from heat, flame, spark and other igniter.
To facilitate product transfer from original container, product may be heated to 40℃. Do not use direct steam or band heaters to heat product. Hot boxes or hot rooms are recommendable for heating the product. Open and handle receptacle with care.
Wear appropriate protective equipment when handling this material.
Storage
Store at 5~30 Celsius.
"Store in tightly closed containers in a properly vented storage area away from direct sunlight.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Chemical/Biological Exposure Limits
Not available

Suitable Engieering Management
Use process isolation, local ventilation or other engieering management to maintain air quality under exposure limits. Set wash up facilities and safe shower system, where storage or use of this material.
Suitable Personal Protection
Eye/face protection
Use equipment for eye protection tested and approved under appropriate government standards such as NIOSH (US) or EN 167(EU).
Hands protection
Chemical resistant gloves.
Skin and body protection
Chemical resistant protective suit. Chemicals resistant boots.
Respiratory protection
For operations where inhalation exposure can occur, use an approved respirator recommended by an industrial hygienist after an evaluation of the operation. Where inhalation exposure cannot occur, no respiratory protection is required. A full face piece respirator also provides eye and face protection.

Stability and reactivity

Chemical Stability (and possibility of hazardous reaction.) Stable at normal temperature and pressure.

Conditions to avoid
Avoid contact with heat, flame, spark and other igniter.
Hazardous polymerization can occur when exposed to direct sunlight. Hazardous exothermic polymerization can occur when heated.

Materials to avoid
Radical forming initiators, peroxides, strong alkalies or reactive metals to prevent exothermic polymerization.

Hazardous decomposition component
No data

Disposal considerations

Procedure
Incineration is the recommended disposal method for all chemical wastes. Material collected on absorbent material may be disposed in a landfill in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations

Cautious
Dispose of contents/containers according to local regulations.
