Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on the read across from analogue substance CAS 375-80-4, the results of the study for Repeated dose toxicity by inhalation 28 days in rat NOAEC < 0.198 ppm, and the target organs identified in all dose groups - male reproductive organs (adverse character) and the liver (adaptive nature), the test substance meets the criteria to classify reproductive toxicant cat. 2, according to EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
