First-aid measures

General advice: Remove soiled or soaked clothing immediately

Inhalation: Remove the casualty into fresh air and keep him calm. In the event of symptoms take medical treatment.

Skin contact: In case of contact with skin wash off immediately with plenty of water. Take for medical treatment.

Eye contact: In case of contact with eyes rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

Ingestion: Rinse out mouth and give plenty of water to drink. Do not induce vomiting. Call for medical advice immediately; show this safety data sheet

The following symptoms may occur: gastrointestinal complaints

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media: foam, carbon dioxide, dry powder, water spray.

Unsuitable extinguishing media: Full water jet

In case of fires, hazardous combustion gases are formed:
- Nitrogen oxides (NOx)
- carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide

Advice for firefighters: Do not inhale explosion and/or combustion gases. Use self-contained breathing apparatus and wear protective suit.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures: High risk of slipping due to leakage/spillage of product. Use personal protective equipment.

Environmental precautions: Do not allow to enter drains or waterways. Do not discharge into the subsoil/soil.

Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Take up with absorbent material (eg sand, kieselguhr, universal binder). Dispose of absorbed material in accordance with the regulations.

Handling and storage

Advice on safe handling: when working with the product vapors/aerosols may be evolved; therefore a local exhaust and ventilation are recommended.

Hygiene measures: Remove soiled or soaked clothing immediately. Keep away from foodstuffs and beverages. Wash hands before breaks and after work.
Do not eat, drink or smoke when working.
