Remarks on result:
no flash point according to standard method

The measurements were carried out at 1018 mbar atmospheric pressure.

Two tests were performed and the same behaviour was observed in both determinations:the sample labelled asTrisodium (2S)-2,6-bis (3-carboxylatopropanamido) hexanoate_Disuccinyl lysine sodium salt does not ignite and turns off the test flame at 54.0°C.

The sample labelled asTrisodium (2S)-2,6-bis (3-carboxylatopropanamido) hexanoate_Disuccinyl lysine sodium salt is not flammable.

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
According to test method A.9, the flash point of the sample labelled as Trisodium (2S)-2,6-bis (3-carboxylatopropanamido) hexanoate_Disuccinyl lysine sodium salt does not ignite and turns off the test flame at 54.0°C.
The sample labelled as Trisodium (2S)-2,6-bis (3-carboxylatopropanamido) hexanoate_Disuccinyl lysine sodium salt is not flammable.
