A GLP guideline study according to OECD 310 is available for the biodegradation assessment of the test substance. In this study, the degradation of the test substance was determined to be 45 % at the end of the 10-day-window (days 9 to 19). Following OECD 310, a test substance is considered to be readily biodegradable if the degradation of the test substance equals 60 % at the end of the 10-day-window. Hence, the test item is not readily biodegradable according to OECD criteria. As degradation clearly surpassed 60 % in the course of the test, the test item is considered as biodegradable within the test duration of 60 days (Laus 11012601G606, 2011).
