Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
- Following inhalation: Move to fresh air. Consult a physician after significant exposure. If unconscious, place in recovery position and seek medical advice. If breathing is irregularor stopped, administer artificial respiration. Keep respiratory tract clear.
- Following skin contact: Wash immediately with plenty of soap and water. If on clothes, remove clothes. In the case of skin irritation or allergic reactions see a physician.
- Following eye contact: Immediately flush eye(s) with plenty of water. Remove contact lenses. Keep eye wide open while rinsing. Protect unharmed eye. If eye irritation persists, consult a specialist.
- Following ingestion: Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Take victim immediately to hospital.
Fire-fighting measures

- Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture: Avoid generating dust; fine dust dispersed in air in sufficient concentrations, and in the presence of an ignition source is a potential dust explosion hazard., Heating or fire can release toxic gas. Do not allow run-off from fire fighting to enter drains or water courses.
- Advice for fire fighter: In the event of fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus. Use personal protective equipment. Use water spray to cool unopened containers. Collect contaminated fire extinguishing water separately. This must not discharged into drains.

Handling and storage

Smoking, eating and drinking should be prohibited in the application area. Provide sufficient air exchange and/or exhaust in work rooms. Dispose of rinse water in accordance with local and national regulations.
Avoid dust formation. Provide approriate exhaust ventilation at places where dust is formed. Take precautionary measures against static discharges.
- Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities: Keep in a dry place. No decomposition if stored and applied as directed.

Exposure controls / personal protection
1. Technical protection measures: It is recommended that all dust control equipment such as local exhaust ventilation and material transport systems involved in handling of this product contain explosion relief vents or an explosion suppression system or an oxygen deficient environment. Ensure that dust-handling systems (such as exhaust ducts, dust collectors, vessels, and processing equipment) are designed in a manner to prevent the escape of dust into the work area (i.e., there is no leakage from the equipment). Use only appropriately classified electrical equipment and powered industrial trucks.
2. Organisational protection measures: Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. When using do not eat or drink. When using do not smoke. Wash hands before breaks and immediately after handling the product.
3. Hand protection: Wear protective gloves. Break through time : > 480 min. Suitabkle material: Nitrile Rubber. Take note of the information given by the producer concerning permeability and break through times and special work place conditions (mechanical strain, duration of contact).

5. Body protection: Choose body protection according to the amount and concentration of the dangerous substance at the work place. Dust impervious protective suit.
6. Eye protection: Safety glasses with side shields confirming to EN 166.
7. Respiratory protection: In case of dust or aerosol formation use respirator with an approved filter. Half mask with a particle filter P2 (EN143).
Stability and reactivity
1. Reactivity: No decomposition if stored and applied as directed.
2. Chemical stability: Stable under recommended storage conditions.
