Fertilisers Regulation, Annex I, E.2.1, E.2.2 and E.2.3

Regulation 2003/2003/EC consolidates all the European Union rules that apply to fertilizers, and ensure that the technical requirements outlined in the regulation are implemented uniformly. The regulation only applies to mineral fertilizers consisting of one or more plant nutrients. Annex I lists fertilizer types according to their specific characteristics. Fertilizers that meet this type designation may be sold and used throughout the EU.
