Detergents Regulation - Content Labelling

This list contains substances used in detergents subject to certain Annex VII labelling requirements. The packaging of detergents must indicate the content in accordance with the specifications provided for these substances, and indicate instructions for use and special precautions, if required. Additionally, the packaging of detergents sold to the general public intended to be used as laundry detergents must bear the information provided in Annex VII B.

Detergents Regulation - Exempted Surfactants & Phosphate Restrictions

RESTRICTION

This list contains the substances listed in the Detergents Regulation's (648/2004/EC) Annexes V and VI(a), respectively relating to surfactants that have obtained a derogation from the biodegradability requirements (under the conditions laid down in Articles 4-6 and tests stipulated in Annex II), and limitations on the total content of phosphorus (phosphates and other phosphorus compounds) in detergents placed in the European Union.
