Additional information

The short-term toxicity test to aquatic invertebrates (Noack_2012) performed according to EU Method C.2., OECD 202 and GLP was rated with RL=1 (reliable without restrictions) and used as a key study. Immobilisation to Daphnia magna of the test item was observed at the geometric mean measured concentration of 45.6 mg/L and greater. The EC50 (48 hours) was 44.4 (95% CL: 42.0 – 47.3 mg/L) mg/L, the NOEC after 48 hours was 35.6 mg/L and the LOEC after 48 h was 45.6 mg/L (all geometric mean measured concentration).
