Description of key information

A test on biodegradation in soil is not needed due to exposure considerations.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

According to column 2 of Annex IX of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, a biodegradation test in soil is required if the chemical safety assessment indicates the need to investigate further the degradation of the substance and its degradation products. As the risk of aquatic organisms being exposed to the substance is acceptable due to risk characterisation ratios below 1 (please refer to the chemical safety report), the available data on degradation are sufficient for the risk assessment and further tests are not required.
