Description of key information

The 48h-LC50 for daphnia magna exposed to ZINN(lI)RICINOLEAT was determined to be 5.14 mg/L (91.77 mg/L nominal) in a study conducted according to OECD guideline 202.

In a study conducted according to OECD Guideline 202 and EU Method C.2, Daphnia magna were exposed to control and ZINN(II)-RICINOLEAT at nominal concentration of 6.25, 12.5, 25.0, 50.0, and 100 mg/L, the mean measured concentrations were 0.18, 0.31, 1.52, 2.82, and 5.15 mg/L for 48 h under static conditions. Immobilization was observed daily. 

EC50: 5.14 mg/L (95%-CL: 3.99 - 8.10) (nominal 91.77 mg/L, confidence limits not calculated).

NOEL: 2.82 mg/L (nominal 50.0 mg/L).
