Additional information

Derivation of PNECs

The PNECs for the different compartments are being calculated either by application of an assessment factor (PNECfreshwater, PNECmarine water, PNECintermittent release and PNECstp) or using the equilibrium assumption method (PNECsediment freshwater and PNECsoil). The PNECsediment marine water, PNECair and PNECoral are not considered as relevant based on the chemical structure of the registered substance.

The utilized procedures are described in detail in the ECHA Guidance of May 2008, Chapter R.10 ("Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment").

Conclusion on classification

Regarding all available data of the acute and/or chronic toxicity tests and predictions on aquatic organisms and taking into account the provisions laid down in Council Directive 67/548/EEC and CLP (EU GHS), the substance needs not to be classified.
