Test solutions

Details on test solutions:
Ultrapur water.
Water was ultrafiltered, passed on active carbon and ion exchange resin then filtered by a FG Millipore membrane (0.22 µm).

A saturated solution was prepared by puting 100 g of Bromo-1-pentane in 1 liter of solution under agitation during 18 hours with a temperature of 20°C.
The solutions with the concentration range were prepared by diluting the saturated solution with ultrapur water.

Daphnia magna
Details on test organisms:
Daphnia magna Strauss cultived by the laboratory.
Organisms of less than 24 hours were selected by screening through a 0.56 mm bolt cloth.
