Description of key information

The partition coefficient (log10 Pow) of the TM 11 -213 was determined according to OECD Test Guideline 117, HPLC method.
Three peaks were found showing values between 3.27, 3.62 and 3.91. Peak one and two are considered to belong to the cis and trans isomer of the substance, both being present around 40%. The third peak is of the impurity which has an additional methyl group and thus a somewhat higher log Kow. For the risk assessment a value of 3.45 is used being the average of the first two peaks and being the main constituents of the substance.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
