Details on results (HPLC method):
The analysis was performed on an analytical column packed with a commercially available cyanopropyl solid phase containing lipophilic and polar moieties. A moderately polar stationary phase based on a silica matrix was used (Nucleodur 100-5 CN-RP). A 55/45 (v/v) methanol water mixture was used as mobile phase and the column temperature was 25 °C.

FAT 20033/L eluted with a retention time of 2.45 min. The calculated adsorption coefficient is therefore below the determination limit of the method (<1.5).

Executive summary:
