Any other information on results incl. tables

Applying a linear increase in temperature of about 0.5°C/min, the test item showed an exothermic reaction starting at about 250°C. A maximum temperature of 565.7°C was measured in the sample cube during the exothermic reaction. At the end of the measurement, the test item was carbonized and coloured black.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The test item shows a relative self-ignition temperature of about 316°C and is auto-flammable under the conditions of the test but does not meet theclassification criteria of self-heating substances according to REGULATION (EC) No 1272/2008.
Executive summary:

The relative self-ignition temperature of the test substance was determined in a screening test according to EU method A.16. The relative self-ignition temperature was 316°C and the test substance is auto-flammable under the conditions of the test. However, it does not meet the classification criteria of self-heating substances according to REGULATION (EC) No 1272/2008.
