Additional information

Key study: An Acute Immobilisation Test in Daphnia magna was performed according to OECD Guideline 202 (GLP study). 20 Daphnids (<24 hours old, in 4 replicates) per concentration were exposed to 0 (control) 6.21, 13.66, 30.05, 66.11, 145.45, 320.00 mg/L test item for 48 hours under static conditions. The EC50 (48 h) was determined to be 151.73 mg/L based on immobilization. The LOEC (48 h) and NOEC (48 h) were determined to be 145.45 mg/L and 66.11 mg/L respectively.
