Description of key information

There are three studies presented for acute toxicity to different species of freshwater fish: P. promelas (Boeri, 2001), O. mykiss (Boeri, 2001) and C. carpio (De Roode, 2003). All of these studies were considered to be reliable. No LC50 could be determined in any of these studies at concentrations up to 1000 mg/L. The LC50 for freshwater fish is therefore considered to be >1000 mg/L. No data on marine species are available.
