Description of key information
A study to aquatic algae and cyanobacteria is not needed due to the rapid degradation of disulphur dichloride in water.

In accordance with section 1 of REACH Annex XI, the study is scentifically unjustified as the substance is hydrolytically unstable yielding well-known inorganic ions.
