Additional information

No experimental data evaluating the hydrolysis of Glycerides, C14-18 and C16-18 unsaturated, mono-, di- and tri- (CAS No. 91052-28-7) are available. However, according to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, Annex VIII, column 2, 9.2.2.1, testing for hydrolysis is not required since the substance is readily biodegradable. The results from the supporting QSAR calculations performed on representative components with HYDROWIN v2.00 indicate that indeed hydrolysis is not expected to be a relevant degradation pathway for this substance, with half-lives ranging from 1.5-7.7 years (pH 7) and 55-282 days (pH 8)(López Parrón, 2011).
