Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

One reliable study is available for the registered substance. The short term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates was studied according to OECD TG No. 202 and Test Method C.2 from Commission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008. Daphnids were exposed to nominal test concentrations of 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.3 and 10 mg/L. The immobility of the daphnids was determined in a semi-static 48-hour test by visual observation after 24 and 48 hours. The concentrations of the test substance were determined by chemical analyses at the start, at 24 h (new and old solutions) and at the end of the test. The concentration of the test item was not satisfactorily maintained within ± 20% of the initial concentration throughout the test. Thus, the endpoint were based on the geometric means of the measured concentrations. The 48h-EC50 was determined to 4.63 mg/L.
