Additional information

The short-term toxicity test of aquatic invertebrates (key_toxicity to aquatic invertebrates_2013_ReL2) performed according to OECD 202 (2004) and GLP was rated with RL=2 (reliable with restrictions) and used as key study.

The results indicate that the test item immobilised Daphnia magna with the following effect values (based on nominal concentrations):

-      The 48-hour NOEC was determined to be 0.31 mg test item/L.

-      The 48-hour LOEC was determined to be 0.63 mg test item/L.

-      The 48-hour EC50 value was calculated to be 0.8 mg test item/L.
