Additional information

In the Klimisch 1 GLP study from Fischer (2002) the partition coefficient of Chloroacetamide was determined using by HPLC following OECD 107 and EU method A.8. For the HPLC analysis, calibration solutions were prepared in octanol. the highest concentration was 1018.58 mg/L. No insolubility was reported. Hence it can be concluded that the water solubility is > 1018.58 mg/L. It is not reported that the calibration solutions degraded and hence it can be assumed that the test item was sufficiently stable.

Further information was obtained form a product data sheet. The information was obtained from a product data sheet. No experimental details were provided. Therefore the information is disregarded as Klimisch 4 information

Since no further information is availble, the results can not be used for an assessment of the solubility in organic solvents.
