Additional information

Key study: An Acute Immobilisation Test in Daphnia magna was performed according to OECD Guideline 202 (GLP study). 20 Daphnids (<24 hours old, in 4 replicates) per dose were exposed to 0 (control), 1.64, 3.30, 6.69, 13.09, and 26.15 mg/L initial measured test item concentrations for 48 hours under static conditions. The EC50 (48 h) was determined to be 3.87 mg/L based on immobilization. The LOEC (48 h) and NOEC (48 h) were determined to be 6.69 mg/L and 3.30 mg/L respectively.
